Pakistani snooker maestro Mohammad Bilal tragically breathed his last following a sudden heart failure, as confirmed by the Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Federation (PBSF) on Saturday.

At the age of 38, Bilal, renowned for his prowess in the Asian Tour 10 Reds, claimed victory in the esteemed International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) World Team Cup back in 2019.

Expressing deep sorrow, Alamgir Khan, the chairman of PBSF, released a heartfelt statement paying tribute to the gifted snooker player and lamenting his untimely departure.

“Bilal’s untimely demise has left us devastated. He represented Pakistan with immense pride, earning numerous accolades for our nation. During these challenging times, we extend our unwavering support to his bereaved family,” Khan expressed.

The final rites of Bilal will be held today in his ancestral hometown of Mandi Bahauddin, following the afternoon prayer (Zuhr).
