Imran Khan Continues to Pile on U-turns

Earlier, addressing the party workers, Imran khan and PTI announced the dissolution of the provincial assemblies on 23rd December 2022. However, IK and PTI needed to materialize their pledge to dissolve the provincial assemblies. Even with the passage of 23rd December 2022, both provincial assemblies are still intact.https://republicpolicy.com/resignations-of-provincial-assemblies-are-irrelevant-ik-may-have-lost-it/

It has happened before that IK and PTI have not lived up to their political pledges. Despite soaring popularity, the politics of PTI present contradictions. On one side, they have resigned from the national assembly; on the other side, they are ruling the provinces. Either they should resign from all assemblies or become a part of them. It means that PTI can not sit in the opposition. Then, PTI is also indecisive about multiple decisions. IK decides the matters, and PTI does not wholeheartedly support it. It has been the case in the dissolution of provincial assemblies. Irrespective of the merit of the Punjab assembly case, the IK and PTI have yet to be able to dissolve the provincial assemblies on the due date.

The popularity of IK and PTI is soaring among the masses, which is why PDM wants to wait to face them in the elections. Therefore, immature political bargains from PTI and IK will only weaken the stance of PTI. Hence, not dissolving the provincial assemblies on the due date is another U-turn in the tally of Ik and PTI.https://republicpolicy.com/from-napi-politician-to-ahsan-farmosh-pervez-elahi-continues-to-break-myths-of-imran-khan/
