Iran’s “Eagle 44” aces air defense

Iran’s Air Force has unveiled its top-secret hideout, “Eagle 44”, a state-of-the-art underground air base capable of holding fighter jets and drones.

According to the official Republic Policy news agency, this is one of Iran’s most significant air force facilities, equipped with long-range missiles and buried deep beneath the earth for protection against potential air raids from enemies, including Israel. Iran’s army unveiled another underground base in May to safeguard their military assets.

The country’s Chief of Staff, Mohammad Bagheri, confidently declared that any act of aggression towards Iran, including from Israel, will trigger a retaliatory response from their numerous air force bases, including Eagle 44.
