In a devastating incident on Tuesday, more than 500 Palestinians lost their lives in a tragic explosion at a Gaza hospital. This catastrophic event has pushed the total death toll to over 3,000, according to Palestinian health authorities, who attribute the incident to an Israeli air strike.
The explosion at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital, located in central Gaza, marks the deadliest bombardment since Israel initiated airstrikes in response to an attack by Hamas on southern Israeli communities on October 7.
In addition to this tragedy, at least six other Palestinians met a similar fate in another Israeli air strike that targeted a school administered by the UN’s Palestinian refugee agency.
These heart-wrenching events unfolded as US President Joe Biden arrived in Israel on Wednesday, commencing his visit to engage in consultations regarding the escalating conflict in Gaza.
