The China Scholarship Council (CSC) has unveiled a program offering research and educational opportunities to Pakistani scholars and students in Chinese universities, aiming to fortify educational collaborations between the two nations. The Chinese government has formally appointed the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to administer these scholarships on behalf of Pakistan for the academic year 2024–2025. The initiative’s key objective is to foster educational prospects for international students and researchers pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degrees.

Interested candidates can submit their applications through the designated HEC portal or the CSC portal by the deadline of December 28. Additional information is available on the official HEC website, as confirmed by local HEC sources.

As per details on the official HEC website, the CSC, operating under the auspices of China’s Ministry of Education, is tasked with the enrollment and management of the Chinese Government Scholarship Program.
