Incarcerated former Prime Minister Imran Khan has declared a firm stance on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) deserters, emphasizing that there will be no place for those who abandoned the party during challenging periods. Speaking to journalists in Rawalpindi’s Adiala jail, Khan expressed that individuals who were active during good times but left during hardships will not be welcomed back into the party. However, he assured that those who remained loyal to the party despite facing violence and hardships had nothing to worry about.

Furthermore, an Accountability Court in Islamabad adjourned the hearing of the 190 million pounds case against Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, till September 4. During the hearing, the defence lawyers raised questions regarding the investigation officer of the 190 million pounds reference, which could not be completed. Additionally, a petition was filed against NAB for allegedly avoiding answers in the previous hearings. The court agreed to adjourn the hearing of the 190 million pounds reference till September 4, when the lawyers will continue to cross-examine the investigation officer.
