Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir highlighted the government’s responsibility to safeguard the public from the harmful effects of social media in a recent statement. Stressing the importance of protecting citizens from the adverse consequences of social media-induced hysteria, the army chief reassured the youth of Pakistan that the nation’s future is in safe hands.
