In the aftermath of the tragic terrorist attack in Bisham, where Chinese engineers lost their lives, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his condolences. He characterized the attack as a cowardly act aimed at creating a rift between Pakistan and its steadfast ally, China.

During his visit to Dasu tehsil in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Kohistan district, the premier addressed Chinese engineers, emphasizing the significance of the strong friendship between the two nations. He asserted that the enemies of Pakistan were responsible for orchestrating the attack, intending to sow discord between the “iron brothers.”

PM Shehbaz Sharif pledged unwavering security for Chinese engineers and their families engaged in various development projects across Pakistan. His visit was solely to offer heartfelt condolences to the grieving Chinese nationals in Dasu.

Additionally, the prime minister vowed to pursue justice relentlessly. He ordered a high-level joint investigation team to uncover the truth and hold accountable those responsible for the tragedy. Despite the challenges posed by the attack, he affirmed that the Pak-China friendship would endure, and adversaries seeking to undermine the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) would ultimately be defeated.
