Lahore: Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that China is Pakistan’s iron brother, there will be no compromise on friendship and relations with China.
A delegation of senior journalists visiting China on the invitation of China Public Diplomacy Association met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The delegation of senior journalists informed the Prime Minister about the success of their visit to China.
Senior Journalists included Salman Ghani, Aamir Mir, Shiraz Hasnat, Khizr Gondal, Khalid Hasnain, Azam Malik and Matiur Rehman. A seven-member delegation of journalists visited Beijing, Xinjiang and Guangzhou on the invitation of the Chinese Government.
Speaking on this occasion, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that he has achieved important goals in his recent visit to China, he has formally requested China to reschedule Pakistan’s debts for 5 year and they express a positive reaction.

He said that he is well aware of the problems of inflation and electricity, he is reviewing the priorities regarding IPPs, he has given relief to the consumers of up to 200 units of electricity, in the next few years many Chinese companies will invest in Pakistan.
Shahbaz Sharif said that the development of the Chinese people lies in their unity, the Pakistani people will also have to unite like a fist to achieve the goals of economic development, there is no compromise on the security of the Chinese working in Pakistan.
The Prime Minister further said that the Government and the Institutions are on the same page regarding the safety of the Chinese citizens, they consider it their responsibility, CPEC is ongoing and will continue, we are trying to complete CPEC projects as soon as possible during the tenure of our Government.
