A group of 44 students from Harvard Business School, representing 9 different countries, had a meeting with Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir in Rawalpindi. The focus of the conversation was to exchange perspectives on Pakistan’s role in promoting peace, its efforts in fighting terrorism, and its commitment to democratic values, as reported by the Inter-Services Public Relations.
During the meeting, General Asim Munir highlighted the importance of education, innovation, and critical thinking in addressing today’s security challenges. He also emphasized Pakistan’s potential and encouraged the students to form their own opinions based on their experiences. The army chief also advised the students to be cautious when using social media, warning them about the risks of false information and fake news.
