Imran Khan exposes government’s plot to jail him for a decade

ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan, the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), levied fresh accusations on Monday, alleging that the ruling coalition has rearrested him under the guise of some sedition law, with a purported plan to imprison him for a decade as part of the “London Plan.”

The former prime minister, who recently secured bail after a dramatic episode, further asserted that the government led by Shehbaz Sharif aims to subject him to further humiliation by incarcerating his wife, Bushra Bibi.

In a flurry of tweets, Khan criticized the ruling Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) alliance, accusing them of donning the roles of judge, jury, and executioner while exploiting the pretext of violence during his time in jail. He specifically targeted their campaign against Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial.
