The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered authorities to produce the PTI chairman’s nephew Hassaan Khan Niazi before the court by August 18 (tomorrow).
Justice Sultan Tanveer of Lahore High Court issued the written order on a petition filed by Hassaan Niazi’s father, Hafeezullah Niazi, for his son’s recovery.
IG Punjab police and others have been made parties in the petition. In a written order by the LHC, the court said parties should submit a report on the next hearing regarding the recovery of Niazi.
“If Niazi is in the custody of any party, he should be produced in the court on August 18,” said the court order.
