Pakistan pull off their second-highest ODI run-chase on the back of Fakhar Heroics

The batting heroics of Fakhar Zaman assails Pakistan 2-0 in the cricket series.

Batting first, New Zeeland , piled up a mammoth score of 336 for 5 in allotted 50 overs. The Rawalpindi pitch, once again, provided a batting belter, and the Kiwi batsmen just piled up the runs with Daryl Mitchel making 129 and Tom Latham scoring 98 runs. Pakistani bowlers could not stop the flow of runs. Haris Rauf claimed four wickets for 78 runs whereas Naseem Shah secured one wicket for 49 runs.

In response, the Pakistani batting star was Fakhar Zaman, scoring prolific 180 runs without being knocked out, while the captain, Babar Azam, once again scored a stylish 65 runs. Pakistan won and match and leading the series 2-0
