Pakistan Seeks External Financing Avenues, Says Finance Minister

Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb expressed the government’s commitment to making it easier for foreign investors to invest in Pakistan and creating a supportive environment for private sector investment during a meeting with representatives from Joint Venture Investment Companies in Islamabad.

The meeting included Pak-Brunei Investment Company Limited and Saudi-Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company. The companies presented their achievements, challenges, and areas requiring policy support while also discussing potential areas for future investments and collaborations. The finance minister also praised Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and expressed Pakistan’s interest in learning from their strategies.
