The Supreme Court of Pakistan has affirmed that late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the founder of Pakistan People’s Party, was not given a fair trial in the infamous murder case.

Zulfikar Ali Bhutto did not get a fair trial and it was not in accordance with constitutional requirements or due process, the larger bench said in a reserved judgment a day ago (Tuesday).
