Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif meets the crown prince of KSA on the sidelines of COP27, where both countries reiterated the resolve to tackle not only the climate issues but also strengthening the deep rooted partnership between the two countries.
Prime Minister tweets that, “In my meeting with HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman on the sidelines of #COP27, we built on our earlier discussions. Middle East Green Imitative is pioneering ecosystem restoration initiative under his dynamic leadership”.
Pakistan is facing a genuine threat of Climate change as glaciers are melting and there are fundamental variations in the weather patterns. So, the international community must support Pakistan in handling the severe climate change variations. It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan hardly produce carbon emissions.
