Cristiano Ronaldo, the renowned Portuguese footballer, is reportedly leaving his current club, Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, following an offer from former club Real Madrid’s President, Florentino Perez, for an ambassadorial role. Ronaldo has been pushing to remain in Europe and make a return to Real Madrid, where he became a legend during his nine seasons, scoring 450 goals and providing 131 assists in 438 games. Despite Ronaldo’s desire to return, Perez declined the potential reunion.

While the 38-year-old striker, who joined Al Nassr in January, is not yet considering retirement, he is keen to maintain his connection with the sport. Ronaldo continues to demonstrate his prowess on the pitch, scoring 11 goals in 14 games across competitions for the Saudi Pro League team. Ronaldo’s contract with Al Nassr is worth €200 million per year and runs until 2024.
